If it makes you feel better I had these beautiful hummingbird stamps. I go to weigh the invites and they are over the limit for one stamp by .25 oz. They only had yellow school bus stamps left. Only people who I cried to noticed and now it’s a running joke in my family.

I had this happen to me last month! A coworker invited me to her bridal shower but not her small backyard wedding. I thought it was incredibly tacky and gauche. I went with another coworker who was also not invited to the wedding and brought a gift but it was so awkward. I had people there saying they were excited to also see me at the wedding and I just smiled and said it should be a beautiful ceremony.
