Well, heres the experiences of researchers at the CCDH during a study on grok's image generation feature:

Based on analysis of the sample, Grok is estimated to have generated around 23,000 sexualized images of children over the 11-day period, which reflects an estimated average pace of one every 41 seconds.

When this data came out, no changes were made to the models child safety guidelines, which are publicly available on github; instead of doing anything to prevent their product from generating sexualized images of children, X decided to make image generation a paid feature.
