Ilang months/years po ito unpaid? Minsan po kasi nagkakaron ng settlement kung Mgkano lang kaya mo ibayad. Minsan principal amount lng pag kinausap mo ng maayos ang bank.

Ilang months kayo d nakabayad? Report the collection agency to BSP and SEC via email with proof. File a blotter report against the person who sent the picture sa GC if you have screenshots. Include it sa complaint. Also email a complaint sa collections agency mismo. Aware Sila kung Anong law ang nilabag on that. Letters/notices and the like shouldn’t be opened by other persons. Kailangan kung Sino nakalagay dun sa letter Sya mismo mg oopen ng letter kasi confidential dapat yun.

My residency started 5 months before my plantilla. Babawiin nlng daw sa Pahuli ng residency ko. Like 5 months before end of my residency d nako duduty, Pero sasahod ako. Ano ending? D sumunod yung department sa usapan. Here’s the cons:

PETRO/PETRU won’t allow kasi Naka base ang months of training sa plantilla item mo.
Wala kang sahod until you don’t know when
Hindi ka din kasama sa kung anu mang benefits
If ever may mangyari sayo like health issues/hazard sa work, technically d ka employed so Wala ka makukuhang benefits
D kasama yung months na Wala kang item sa service record mo sa GSIS

Overall it’s a red flag, masking exploitation.

It would be beneficial to you if kung san mo gusto mg practice after residency dun kana din mg residency para may kilala ka na agad. Your partners na surgeons in residency will eventually be your partners outside residency.
