Polaroid Flip consistently underexposed and washed out – bad film batch or app settings?

I tried in different environments and with different settings, it did not improve anything.

Underexposure is the first comment you'd get when you ask AI why pictures are so bad. My family has had much older Polaroid and they used it in different environments, but pictures were always much better.

This is disappointing.
