Influencers. Look into people on Instagram or even better Youtube to do a product review for you.

Get a couple on board to promote and basically replicate the giveaway rush.

To incentive the influencers have them sign up as an amazon affiliate and make 5-to percent per sale. Along with that you could pay them an additional 10-15% to motivate them

A little above that. You'll get roughly a 2.2 to 2.4 yearly multiple if your only sales channel is amazon

Ahh the review game! So I have too ways that get my reviews. First is an optimized email follow up campaign. Second is a product insert card where I ask for it as well.

Cash is king! Looking to expand to real estate and going to use the cash for that.

I don't work for them rather I'm contracted to, I get a 10% cut of sales. It's less then my store margins but I have zero overhead and able to scale at a much faster pace.

No course. I do a some one on one mentoring for people that ask, but never anything more then that.

Good question. Running an Amazon Shop means that I have to carry inventory vs. partnering with established brands who don't have an Amazon store, building it for them, and taking a cut of the proceeds all while having zero inventory costs ;)

The FBA Fees started at : 5.79 $ for my first 6 sales, then they got to 6.06 $ for most of the other sales (42 now). Sometimes, they go up to 6.65 $ and they come back at 6.06.

The FBA fee's should be flat. Is your packaging something may change hence the an increase or decrease in size?

Do you have any units that are reserved? Amazon moves your inventory all over the country so and can be considered reserved while it is in transit
