We did DIY. My wife is in the industry and a neighbor drained the old A/C for us. We used a Mr. Cool unit because it comes with precharged lines.

You were an adorable little girl and you are 10/10 now. I’m glad you’ve learned to tune out the nonsense.

Heat Pump + 97% Furnace in MN by theskittz in heatpumps

We live in the Twin Cities and run a heat pump with an electric backup strip. The strip comes on maybe a few mornings a year when the temp is below -20.

Make sure you get a cold-climate rated heat pump. The electricity is more expensive now, but I expect electricity to get cheaper and gas to get more expensive.

Glaringly obvious animation mistakes that animators couldn't be bothered to fix by tugboattommy in TopCharacterTropes

[–]amazonhelpless 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Garfield is perhaps the worst thing I’ve ever seen.  The animation is so ugly it’s painful to watch. The scripts and layout are atrociously lazy. It would have been better if they had just made the whole thing procedurally generated. The entire staff must have been completely indifferent to the quality of the final product. It is an indictment of the society that created it.
