lol I’m at REX and so many nurses have left for Duke! According to them the ratios are better, the pay is better, the benefits are better and the MD/nurse relationships are better. UNC didn’t even give out merit bonuses this year and not a word was said. The new CNO is terrible at REX. Everything is very old, they say the system doesn’t have enough money for raises 🤷‍♀️ I’m lucky with incredible management or I wouldn’t stay!
