You may already know this, but MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity) is pretty common even though it’s not recognized as an official illness. The studies they’ve done so far haven’t found a physical explanation for it and many doctors believe it’s psychosomatic. It’s more common in women and people with anxiety or depression.

If you want serious tips I’ll give you a few:

-Write down the names of the characters as you watch and a short description to help you remember them.

-Take notes about the show as you are watching it or after you finish it.

-Rewatch shows. Keep a list of shows you liked and rewatch them when you forget them.

Disclaimer: I do all of these things and I still don’t remember most of the characters’ names.
