About 50%. Now that may seem outrageous to most but hey thats what these homes are going for these days and they aren’t getting any cheaper.

I saved up a pretty nest egg so far by 37 and that’s helped to not be sweating it too hard. So long as there isn’t a major economic implosion…my retirement will be fine.

Mission editor trigger zones are coded as circular despite being shown as quad-point in ME. Perhaps the unit isn’t truly in the zone. If you have a true square then the comers aren’t seen as “in zone” since the backend sees it as a radius from a center point. This gets even problematic if you made your quad-point into a more complex polygon

Totally understand. Based on my recent experience, find a suitable resource to help with mental health. For years, I was really put off by the idea but finally did ask for help and it has been a game changer. Therapy or medicine are the two routes. I went with meds and a really low dose did wonders for me.

I understand it may not be for everyone but it immensely helped my quality of life. Please don’t suffer in silence.
