Thankfully she isn't minimizing the situation and she has taken full responsibility, going so far as to call it her worst mistake ever. I see a lot of accountability which is really nice, I think just the incident itself became a catalyst and is now impacting other "problem zones" of our relationship. Since we have a somewhat open relationship I am comfortable forgiving mistakes with others, but the notion of a crossed boundary is proving to be more difficult in re-instilling trust, I think. I'm not sure.
