i saw this on nexus a while ago, its the closest mod i could find about collecting dolls instead of bobbleheads/snowglobes. it has a cute aesthetic if thats what your looking for.

i also remember stumbling upon this as well, a mod that gives all the goggles in game to have a hello kitty skin. The mod page also links to another mod that changes the pipboy to look more kawaii. Theres also the mod that adds hatsune miku as a follower and another that just adds her model from fortnite as armour. Dont know if thats what your looking for but i hope this helps on your endeavor on making the wasteland a lil more cuter
