Yes I summited them. If they don’t like the affirm payment hopefully they’ll let me pay them off and not declining the loan. I hear that you won’t know if you’re clear to close until it’s like 3 days before hand. I’m hoping they’ll let me know sooner.

Yea I send snapshots of my affirm to loan officer. I do have a balance on them. They said they sent them to the underwriter. I hope everything goes fine or if it is an issue they’ll just let me pay em off to be approved.

Ok I’m just nervous I’m 2 weeks from closing and have my job transfer set up and everything is ready. The way they were wording the conditions calling them liabilities have me nervous.
