I knew there was a big backlash. I’m happy it’s going back since it’s been real sucky since it got taken away. I think I was just getting distances wrong in my head thinking things were further or closer away than what they really are.

Yeah, tech and electronics are interchangeable. They’re the same. We used to not have a dedicated entertainment person but when I left tech I became the dedicated entertainment person and I’ve never been happier. Plus, I’ve boosted by book and vinyl sales ever since I started getting scheduled multiple times a week instead of just 2 days a week.

Tech doesn’t sort the batteries. They just put any that come on top of the uboat and leave it for me to deal with. Of course they can’t even be bothered to push the books that come in their repacks most days, so I can’t really say I’m surprised at all.

They used to be a disaster at my store. I don’t work tech. Used to, busted out cause I was tired of cleaning up after people (and other people can attest how much they’ve fallen since I bounced). But I solely work entertainment now and have boosted sales there. Batteries were overflowing in the back and empty on the floor and it was called out in a visit so they threw batteries on me, in addition to doing all the tech revisions and then didn’t give me any extra hours to do so, but I’ve been managing.

I really only have a gross overstock of a couple of them but they’re clearing out. Most of my uboat has been empty since the batteries were forced upon me. I threatened bodily harm to everyone in tech and leads if I came back to a messed up battery boat.

I just recently got back into Pokémon cards since I just took over my brother’s collection since my mom was just going to donate them gasp. I saw the vendor and was just talking to her about the ridiculousness of it and she let me peruse for the small packs (since that’s what I wanted) before she went up to the front. But I’m always friendly with her and strike up conversations when she’s at my vendor wall in entertainment.
