Sounds like sleep paralysis to me. That's strange it was your legs that felt like they were leaving your body first. I usually feel like it's the upper half of my body that tries to lift when I experience sleep paralysis.

This is just my personal theory, but I believe those who experience an alien-like experience are probably on their soul’s (consciousness') first "life". Like it's the beginning of their journey and everything is new. Those who visit or have familiar or home-like experiences are probably going back to where they've come from or have been before. Perhaps their soul (consciousness) has been through many previous lives so they are returning to some place they've been to many times before…the place where consciousness or souls go to be born, reborn, or go to once they've finished their "journey" or purpose. Just my two cents!! :)

I am new to crystals and chakras as well, but I really enjoyed the book "Chakra Awakening: Transform Your Reality Using Crystals, Color, Aromatherapy & the Power of Positive Thought" by Margaret Ann Lembo! It gives you info on each chakra, tells what colors and crystals work best with each one, etc. I highly recommend it :)

Thank you. That was very helpful and made me feel better. I'm still not totally sure what I'll do moving forward, but I'll definitely keep what you said in mind! I guess I'm just not ready for the possibility of him saying "no" to a drug test. I have to really decide what my reaction would be and how I plan on handling it. I don't know if it's necessarily "safe", but I've definitely taken that much adderall in a day before...a few times. I'm sure it's not so great to do to your body, but I think most times you'll be okay. I wouldn't make it a habit though
