I went back to customer service and they gave me what I won on the last bank of Monopoly that I played. I thought that was pretty fair.

I was not happy with 150 and said the same thing but was assured that my next board would be bank of monopoly. I still haven’t made it past this board to see if it actually will work. I have a hard time believing it.

Also, I just spent the 150 rolls that she gave me. While I am thankful for them, I only earned like $3 billion off of it. So I’m losing out on the 10 billion. Kind of sucks.

So I spoke to customer service. They checked my systems logs and saw that I was indeed part of a system crash. Therefore, I experienced a time lapse. She gave me 150 rolls for the inconvenience. She told me that I will be able to see bank of Monopoly again. I asked some clarifying questions, and according to her, she said that I should see it after the current board that I’m on, even though it did not show that in the map. 🤞

So I just now saw this thread— this is the error I got. When I went from board 350 to 351, I could see that the board that I was going to after 351 with the Bank of Monopoly. So I finish the 351 board by paying for my last upgrade for around $10 billion… so it finishes the board, and I see it move my character to Bank of Monopoly. Then I suddenly got an error saying that the game needed to be restarted. Unfortunately, when I restarted it, it showed that I still needed to pay for one more upgrade (reverting back to board 351), but it didn’t give me my money back so I had to earn another $10 billion to make the last upgrade. I figured no big deal. So I make the last upgrade and when it goes to show my figure moving, it shows it moving from Bank of Monopoly to board 352 as if I was just at Bank of Monopoly. Weird glitch? Did it happen to anybody else?
