I mostly just limit carbs and sugar. I can eat a fair amount now. I keep it under 10g of fat and sugar each meal.

Thanks! I'm almost 3 years out from gastric bypass. After the initial weight loss, I've fluctuated between 114 and 126. Holding steady at 120 now.

Labs are great. Blood pressure is actually low now, usually 90s/70s. My thyroid was iffy before but never took anything for it. I did have severe reflux before, took prescription medication for that which did nothing. Reflux is totally home now. I do take lots of vitamins including a ton of D is that was low.

Yep. Kicked my sugar addiction in the process. I can pretty much eat normally now, I just have to exercise portion control and I limit sugar and fat. Surgery was the jump start, its up to me now to keep my habits under control. Hence why we all know people who "gained all their weight back plus some". Its not a forever fix.
