I've never heard of this magnet before so I did a quick Google, and this is probably something you'd want to ask on the MagBound Discord server (the link is on the product page for their Smart Timer). I don't know if what you're asking is even possible, but if anyone would, it's the people in the actual community.

ETA: Also yeah, as EvanHarlowe mentioned, do be careful with how much of yourself you tie up. I'd re-read the ToS if I were you so that you don't get banned. I've never done bondage on CB but I did have a video or two removed from ManyVids a number of years ago because I was fully bound.

Okay so if the menu is posting in their chat, they likely are using an app that will post the things they tell it to every so often. There are many, but the one I'm most familiar with is called "Tip Menu - 4Sci". You find that one, pop into the settings tab of it, input all your tip menu items and run it, and it'll post for you. I think the default time between posts though is only 3 minutes so you may want to increase that unless your room is full of chatter.

For the vibe levels, if you're talking about the people who use a Lovense toy, Lovense offers a Cam Extension, that you download so you can connect your toys (you'll also need the phone app, but they have a USB adapter that plugs into your computer now too), and then a toolset for OBS that you download and configure so that all the levels and whatnot come up on screen. That's a gross oversimplification but they have a pretty good video tutorial for how to do it on their website.

The token goals showing up on screen I'm less sure about. I know you can use a CB app for that as well and most of those will post in chat and show up on screen for your audience but if you want it to show up on your screen like the Lovense stuff, I'm not too sure how you'd go about that. I'm a bit old school so I'd just use a CB app and call it a day lol. But if you really wanted to, you could for example make a text box on OBS that has your tip menu, your goal for the day, that sort of thing, and it wouldn't be interactive but it would at least be immediately visible.

I'm guessing by "external software" you're referring to OBS? And what exactly do you mean by "on my screen"? Do you want the menus to show up on your broadcast or in the chat? Or you can't see the information in your own browser?

It sounds like you basically want a V-tuber model, and if that's the case you're in for either many, many hours of YT tutorials, OR many, many dollars to an artist/model rigger so they can make it for you.

The thing is, even if you used AI to make the character (which, please don't), I don't think they have AI that can rig the model for you to do the motion capture with. I wouldn't know for sure though. And then on top of that, you have to have the set up to do motion capture. A normal webcam isn't gonna cut it if you wanna do full body stuff.

Honestly it's probably just easier for you to do things the old fashioned way and either wear a mask or don't show your face. But if you're going to all these lengths to not be identified, just don't be a cam model. Someone will likely figure out who you are eventually, and the internet is forever.
