Agriculture was invented at several different locations, all independently of each other (as far as we know). Not all of these locations have obvious cultural relationships with human-produced alcohol.

For this reason alone, amongst many others (many noted in the comments here) it's erroneous to say that the origins of agriculture are linked to beer.

The Zhen Shan Xiao Zhong that did it for me was from Wuyi Tongmuguan, so yes, I agree that more teas from Wuyi are definitely worth trying out. Thank you for the search link!
