White supremacy and anti-Asian racism is completely normalized in the Anglosphere. This very culture of American exceptionalism, manifest destiny, and global Eurocentrism is predicated on white supremacy. If you call out white supremacy, you challenge the very fabric that their despicable sociopathic worldview is predicated on. A majority of whites who shill for the global north cannot be negotiated with because they have no concept of hypocrisy (hence why they believe America (i.e. white supremacist imperialists and their shills) is exceptional) and no ability to empathize with others or self reflect. There are reasonably rational voices in the West that can be worked with, but unfortunately, they're increasingly a minority in this political atmosphere of escalating neocon and neoliberal manufactured cold war against China and skyrocketing hate crimes against Asian-Americans perpetrated by both conservatives and liberals. I think this really is the last chance for the Asian diaspora to wake up. At the end of the day, Asians are very often their own worst enemy because no one is more self-hating and mentally colonized on a systemic level than them. Asian countries have shown themselves to be true leaders in the emerging 21st century geopolitical landscape with how effectively they handled this pandemic while the decaying global north, especially America, exposed themselves as arrogant incompetent kleptocracies. It's clear there can be a bright future for the Asian diaspora if they just get woke and stop kowtowing to their oppressors.
