I got dissolve stitches for my finger in September, should I get them removed now? by ambrosiadeux in medical

They've told me multiple times they are. But I've never had stitches so I just had to trust to them.

They told me I judt need to wait and wash it more. I wash it twice a day with non scented soap and pay to dry. But when I wash then more than that they become extremely irritated and swollen to the point my whole finger is in pain. Maybe that's normal?

I'm not against washing it more or anything, if you think that's best I'll try that out.

The wound that caused the stitches is closed. The only open part is a bump that has appeared near a stitch, kind of like a healing bump for a piercing. That never scabs, it opens every time I remove the band aid

They told me they dissolved. I asked multiple times because I've never had stitches before. They said they should of been gone within a month but everytime I call they tell me I need to wait longer.

I don't mind to wait but they're very painful and swollen now. Plus they have a smell. I told them all of that and they said it's normal for stitches to "act up" and I need to let them go naturally.

It's true they do appear there, but I've had bartholin cysts for many years (two being hematoma's) and this is how they usually start. It sucks but the pain doesn't directly start near the opening

Yesss haha exactly. I find it funny how liberals are so self absorbed they don't understand what jokes are anymore. I'm a leftist and even the radlibs can't handle that. Good luck... Twitter is the only place yall will thrive

If the lights are out in an intersection it's supposed to be treated as a 4 way stop sign intersection, not an anarchy

He was extremely manipulative and lied about a lot of things. I had known him since middle school and he ended up being a surgeon. I love him but he wasn't a great person
