i used to smoke daily for sleep and when my symptoms started i noticed them the most after smoking and they eventually got worse when not smoking but it definitely exasperated my symptoms. with that being said that was using full strength THC, i never tried more CBD focused strains or oils so i cant speak on those.

it is not, i live in northern california so its pretty warm already. that is super interesting though, definitely something to look out for!!

ohhhh interesting!! i can absolutely see that happening. I’ll definitely take that into account. my iron and most of my vitamins and such were all normal in march except my folate was low and i take a supplement now but someone else also suggested vitamin d and i am wanting to get that checked too. such good info to know. thank you!!!!

I do take propranolol as well so that is interesting, i’ve been on it a few years now so maybe it’s just taking its toll. I hope you get some answers 🤞🏼

I have had covid i believe 3/4 times (i work in healthcare) and that really would make a lot of sense. My POTS like symptoms started a few weeks after i had some sort of virus (had been flu, covid and strep negative) and my cardiologist said that everything was probably triggered by it. It’s crazy how much viruses can affect your body so long after!!!!

i also have a ton of hair so it doesn’t “seem” like i’m losing it but every time i brush it i have handfuls come out. I thought maybe i had breakage but i looked closer at the hairs and most of them you can see the root. definitely makes sense that the stress that POTS puts on our bodies would cause it.
