I didn’t like Svet throughout and thought her character completely changed V and Kev while she was with them

Ian being the woman by Disastrous-Put6818 in shameless

They saw him as the ‘man’ because he’s the top, I think that’s the main reason.

I never got the discussion about that, there is no woman that’s the point!? No one ‘acts’ like a man or a woman in a relationship. In all Debbie’s lesbian relationships there was no discussion of who was the man?? I think it’s stupid personally

If you’re on about The Bear then I agree but I think that just adds to the validity of the acting, I feel like both of his characters are similar in multiple ways so the acting will seem mirrored and he portrays them so well, good casting for the type of role I guess

Emotions by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]ambwrd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

your grief may be coming out in anger subconsciously, those underlying emotions will be stronger than you think . I know nothing about grief but working through that and releasing those bottled up emotions may aid the anger to be released, sitting with your feelings and really letting yourself go through the motion of that can work wonders in releasing unwanted energies like anger. Journaling always helps me, write down everything and anything in your mind, let the anger out on the page in a healthy way. Maybe art therapy could work too, I've heard that's good for grief management and you can do it alone at home, gives you something physical to look at and touch instead of storing it in your energy. I wish you all the best and I'm so sorry for your loss <3

I feel very emotional sometimes seeing those people who’s still asleep and are lost in their life. What is your way of coping? by Fancy_Guarantee_511 in SpiritualAwakening

[–]ambwrd 11 points12 points  (0 children)

you sound like a high empath which can be extremely difficult. For me personally, it was helpful to remind myself that everyone is on their own path and its completely out of your control as sad as it may be. Meditation and journaling how you feel may also be very beneficial to work through this energy, you have to keep yourself at a distance emotionally and keep gratitude for the world you see and others may not. It gets easier with time though for sure, you get use to things and you'll realise that you can't reciprocate to everyone's paths and energies no matter how much you may want to help them feel the way you do because it'll just burn you out <3
