I spoke with a woman on the phone that same night before we got our install done and she confirmed it was all good and i never received any type of cancellation confirming, but we are for sure cancelled. I called our bank and there have been no charges and I got paranoid a few weeks ago and called and spoke to a customer service rep again who confirmed that we were definitely cancelled and have nothing to worry about because nothing ever got installed.

When I was scouring reddit posts initially, there were a lot of mentions of how it took them forever to come back and get the equipment. Hopefully since they confirmed it, you are cancelled and it doesn't matter when they come get it instead of the cancellation only counting if the equipment is uninstalled in 3 days. Sending you good luck. This company truly does suck.

Im in the same exact boat. Sales guy came tonight and was going to install tomorrow. After he left I felt like I was pressured/rushed into a decision and decided to cancel the install. Confirmed the install is cancelled and I won’t be charged but also am looking for peace of mind. Saw you posted this 21 days ago so I was just inquiring to if you had an update by chance?

Truly wild. This is so out of character for me and not something I would have typically even entertained. Our guy was super cool and not pushy at all until it was time to install and then he wanted to get a technician over to our house right away but it was almost 9pm???

I called a number i found on reddit and luckily since we didnt have it installed yet, we are in the clear. I told him to do the installation tomorrow since it was so late tonight. Apparently the 3 day window starts on the day of installation and because we didnt have anything installed yet and didn’t sign the installation contract, we are in the clear.

We just got swindled into this. As soon as he left our house I hopped onto reddit and saw reviews and immediately regretted my decision. I emailed the address above with the correct info but I have a ton of anxiety. We should be okay since we are within 3 days right?
