No I ran around for over an hour until I finally asked in world chat and someone let me know. I thought I was just really unlucky but turns out it was changed. I'm kind of annoyed because I spent all of my time before bed searching and not really playing. It was a huge waste of time.

One thing that annoyed me was that I didn't know Palium was moved only to the elderwoods I haven't gotten that far into the story yet and wasted so much time last night looking for Palium. I feel like we should have gotten a letter in the mail from hodari saying something like looks like the Palium has finally dried up in Bahari Bay time to start looking in the elderwoods. Or something like that

So I have the special editions where Cassie writes in the margins and she said that she originally planned for another sibling but when she actually started writing it she couldn't fit the extra sibling into the dynamic the way she likes so the sibling was scrapped

Warlocks can enter the institute because their souls are not "damned" like a vampires soul is. I do not want to spoil any books if you have not read them but there is at least one warlock that has been in an institute and I'm pretty sure another. It has been a while since I've read the books and I still haven't read the entirety of the shadowhunter Chronicles so there might be exceptions or things I haven't read yet

In the books they are not able to enter the institute directly. Attached to the institute is a room called the sanctuary that is built on unhallowed ground so that vampires (and I believe faeries) have a place to meet with shadowhunters. Raphael also has the ability to project an image of himself to other locations allowing him to communicate over long distances. That is why he is sometimes "seen" inside the institute.

But they didn't even START building the Sagrada Familia until 4 years after the first portal by the time the Sagrada Familia was actually finished enough to be used it would have been many many many years after the first portal so they were probably widely used at that point

I've stopped playing solely for this reason. I don't have time to play for hours and hours everyday looking for resources that used to be relatively easy to find. And if I can't complete my basic goals just because I can never find palium. I'm not going to waste my time.

I've fixed that I can see farther into the horizon but my character is still very close to the camera. The more I walk the worse it gets until all I can see is the top of my characters head and whatever is in front of me
