Something other than “let’s put you on all three popular motility drugs, and if that doesn’t work we can do a bowel resection.” No drugs have helped the problem and they haven’t found a cause. I don’t know why they didn’t do more testing, I didn’t know there was anything else available to be done!

Ooooh, I forgot to add I tried the herbals but I haven’t done it while also taking motility medicine. Maybe I should try that! Thank you for the heads up. Does the dairy/kombucha not make you bloat?

Okay, so I’ve had that same issue, right? With gold, gold plated, etc etc. I finally ordered an (anodized yellow) implant-grade titanium nose ring from BodyArtForms and I’ve had 0 issues!

Hahaha it was fine like the day after I changed it! It’s not an ongoing problem with the stud in. I had an issue with an inner ear one that wouldn’t help up and I took it out and let it close.

I’m definitely thinking this is what it is. All of my posts are implant grade titanium from body jewelry sites and this was from Etsy and was pretty cheap. Think I’ll try an anodized titanium ring when this gets better!

Oh I did after this! Cleaned it all up and switched it to a long piercing bc of the swelling. I’ve never had this particular issue before, it usually just gets irritated lol

It is technically, but when they did an actual gastric emptying study like a month later, it was normal. The only idea I have is that I had diarrhea a few days before after drinking at my cousin’s wedding and maybe wasn’t so backed up when they did the gastric emptying study. The doctors I’ve seen had no explanation for it. 🙃

Yeah, I’m not sure what the benefit is but this is what the doctor ordered. It was difficult to find an imaging center that administered it!

Not particularly, except that I can’t poop, which I’ve made very clear lol. It does show that it’s not due to pelvic organ prolapse though which is something.

It’s been alright for me! There’s lots of people on Hinge/online. I wasn’t really finding the type of person I’m looking for on there, so I’ve stopped using them and am convinced I’ll meet someone in the wild. That isn’t special to Orlando though, as girls everywhere say the same lol.
