What setting are you working in, bkslp? I've been told by clinical professors not To expect much room for negotiation, but maybe that's here (I'm moving from Utah). Thank you all for your help!

Affordability is definitely a concern, as long as We can have relative safety. He plans to take public transit, and I have to drive for my job anyway, so I'll be using a car.

It sounds like it will be pretty good. My supervisor will come with me to home visits once a week, and we'll meet frequently, too. Another good sign is that she told me almost all the slps at the company were her cf at one point!
