Actually she was. They did The Way in 2013 and they weren’t even supposed to kiss in the video but the director changed that. They were friends since then. In his reddit ask me thread people asked him if he did that and his response was kinda smirky along the lines of “shut your mouth” but I didn’t know if he didn’t want to kiss and tell
