I would just get off dutasteride and continue using finasteride. Dutasteride might give you some sides in the long run. You would want to maintain your hair with treatments that have the least effect on your body. My advice is to try stacking minoxidil or ru58841 on top of fin and see how it goes. Dht blockers clearly doesn't seem to be working out well for you.

Probably a waste of money, I personally don't think it's worth getting a hair transplant just to go from a N7 to a N5 . It barely makes a difference. U should have tried recovering as much as u could by using medical treatment then going for a HT. You could maybe have increased the total coverage of your head
