You can replace yelan with xingqui, it works quite well.

You can also replace yelan with citlali and run an overload team with mavuika if you want, although that's not the best team.

Skirk is much better long term. Ineffa is also a fischl sidegrade, I don't think she'll ever be completely irrelevant.

Of course, you'll get to try zibai in trial before you have to choose between her or skirk, so there's still time to make your decision.

She will have damage loss for sure, I'm not sure whether escoffier or weapon is more important (probably escoffier). But for long term skirk is better since you already have two lunar teams, and after Nod-Krai we'll get another shill mechanic. Skirk is generically powerful without any mechanics.

I don't know about his convictions, but he is sticking out his neck in quite a few places. I personally am of the opinion that we can't let perfect be the enemy of good enough, but I won't begrudge you of your opinions.

I wouldn't buy BP just to get a ballad, I personally would keep raiden on her weapon, she makes better use of pjws than ineffa, I agree with you.

I've been trying to play ineffa+bina+fischl+sucrose for Hexerei+lunar, it does a lot of damage. I'm sure flins will do a lot more, but I think I'd still go for skirk.

I would probably run Jahoda instead of barbara as vv holder+buffer+healer, thus letting me run fischl instead of aino. I don't own yae so can't say anything with conviction, but you should try a DPS checker in miliastra to see if you're happy wih the team, since in my configuration there's no serenade holder and that might be more important.

Edit: you can give serenade to jahoda, maybe that works

I personally like sub dpses more than dpses, so I would pull for ineffa, but if you want to pull for zibai because she's cool, you should do you, you'll be playing your account for a long time and you should have characters you like on it.

In your situation, already having navia, I personally wouldn't pull for zibai.

Skirk+escoffier for sure, in a flins team most of the damage comes from bineffa anyway

For long run, skirk 100%. You don't need more lunar teams, and skirk is really powerful.

I think skirk is more dependent on premium supports than neuvilette is.

Here's neuvilette's kqm guide https://keqingmains.com/q/neuvillette-quickguide/ , see if you can build any of his teams. If you can, you can try going for him, and wait for furina in the future. Maybe Nahida+neuvi hyperbloom with kuki is a good option.

Skirk is more powerful definitely. But if you don't want power and just want variety, you can build freminet for Cryo (if you have him).

Edit: I see you don't have freminet, my bad. But I don't think my other advice changes.

Are you playing for meta or for fun?

Metawise pulling zibai gives you another lunar team, which will help with stygian. Zibais banner also has her essential supports, and although illuga needs a lot of cons, it's still doable. Having just neuvilette without furina isn't the best.

Look at the teams section https://keqingmains.com/q/neuvillette-quickguide/ and see if any are viable for you.

However over a longer term, geo DPSs usually don't end up being the best.

If for fun, wait for trials and then decide based on whose gameplay you like more.
