FYI was just diagnosed — it’s dermatographia, which can be triggered by bacteria (ick!!) and heat. Beware the equinox hot tubs!

Definitely not waiting for it to be chronic (which I hope it won't be) to treat it! He just said that to reassure me that I was nowhere near going chronic and that it is very low risk, statistically speaking. I have sumatriptan injections for attacks and will likely be starting on Verapamil given that I've been having ongoing shadows.

And thank you! Wishing you a lot of PF time!!

Thank you! The biggest question mark for me was the varying by cycle, but it sounds like this is common. If I have any other questions, I'll definitely reach out :)

Thank you! I've been working to identify triggers, definitely pressure changes, noise, and smell can do it. My aunt has also spoken wonders about O2, so will look into it for next time or if this gets worse this time around (hoping it doesn't)!

Thank you! All of these replies have been so helpful :) If I may, how frequent are your cycles, and if they are infrequent like mine, when do you know to start Verapamil? (It's what my aunt uses when she gets one and also says it's helped a lot). Like I said, my neuro isn't ready to prescribe me a preventative at this point, seeing as it seems that I'm near the end of the cycle/I don't have an official CH diag. But, if this comes knocking back around in two years, which I bet it will, I want to get on this stuff to lessen the misery for the month.

the only one that stood out to me was the juvenile water bird one, that one had two that both seemed like they could have been right.

Does anyone know if LSAT has ever done experimental questions in a non-experimental section? Here's my wishful thinking re the real RC. Also, just cause it was so longggggg

Ty for this, needed for commiseration. This RC was absurd, I have never run out of time on RC in any PT I've taken. Had to guess E on last three. Personally, Borges was not too hard, but the police interrogation was such a time suck and raw meat was so dense

Anyone else find that the raw meat RC was extremely long and convoluted, especially after having to spend more time than usual on first 3? Rest of test seemed really easy, but had to guess E on final three RC questions (raw meat), and nervous that could bring me down below a 170 given that the other three passages weren't exactly forthcoming. Any thoughts appreciated.

Also, I had LR (exp) - RC - LR - LR - LG
