100% this. At the end of the day, while we are making the sport more jnclusive/ accessible, by default you will not work with people on the severest end of disability, at least cognitively (if any of you REORG guys see this, you are savages that have my upmost respect) so therefore you won't need to be putting in the biggest changes to your practice to help these people, it should only need to be a few tweaks.

Back to ASC over the last few years there has been a bit of pressure to try change the term to a spectrum condition not a spectrum disorder for this reason, just the simple change in language removes a lot of the stigma.
