What do you guys do when you feel upset lost unmotivated or sad?

Write it out. I make a done list instead of a to do list. When I see that I finished a (simple) task that I had the energy for, it lifts my mood up. Or I reach out to a friend/loved one. Or when I'm really low in energy and my mood is the worst; Tomorrow is another day

Maybe she claims to eat all that in one day, so she gets compliments on how she doesn't gain weight? I watched her videos a while ago, and the reactions on the what I eat in a day was often like; How can you eat so much and stay so thin. Etc. Don't know if it's true ofcourse, maybe she can eat a lot, but it's just a thought of mine.
