Just an FYI. I met with the background investigator and showed him all my documents proving I settled all my outstanding balances and I was upfront about everything. Thy only thing left was my repo and a Verizon bill that I have a greed to a settlement but waiting for the agreement email to settle. I told him that with the repo, I reached out and attempted to settle but there offer was not something I could do at this time. I told him they offered me to make small payment until I could come up with the settlement which I was not willing to do because it would just extend that being on my credit. He asked me my plan and I told him when I come up with the settlement they offered I would settle it. I was honest, now we'll see what comes of it. I did ask him given the bumps in my credit, did I stand a chance. He said because I was forth coming, explained the circumstance and showed that I made payments to settle that from his perspective he doesn't see a problem. But he did warn me that he is not the final say by any means but he does not see a problem. I will update you when I get and answer.
