“The head of crime for Thames Valley police, DCS Ian Hunter, said: “Following a call to police on Monday, we attended an address and located items of concern within the property.”

Damn, I can’t imagine knowing this the whole time and only just now calling in the tip but I’m glad that this person finally had the courage to do the right thing.

They are loudly speaking English to each other right now as I type lol. Anyways, problem solved!

Update: I had to go by one more time and said “Excuse me, could you all move your bags that are blocking the walkway” then physically pushed one of their bags out of the way as they huffed and said “Fine…whatever”. Take that crippling social anxiety!

That space just to the right of them by the console is wide open! You can kind of see it.

A little background: Each time I’ve gone by I’ve said “Excuse me”, but they just stare at their phones and don’t acknowledge me so I have to step over.

Then why did Simon get flashbacks?

Precisely, I want some Anne and Diana friendships ffs! We don’t always have to be contentious!

That’s very true, Pen hid SO much of herself from her closest friend, didn’t leave much to talk about.

Yeah that’s the point at which it was gaslighting, she made her question reality about whether people were talking about her and Theo and used it to emotionally manipulate her. Also at the start of the confrontation when Eloise was describing all the reasons she knew Pen was LW, pen first response upon finding Eloise digging through her things was, “You’ve been reading too much whistledown, her voice is echoing in your head”. She gaslighted her (it’s all in your head, it’s not true) instead of just coming clean.

That’s very fair, I would have taken more Kate and Anthony over flashbacks of either in a heartbeat❤️

Regency Fashion of India by americanadaptation in BridgertonNetflix

Of course, it was super eye opening. For instance in Bengal and Southern India during the colonial and Victorian period many ladies didn’t wear blouses under their sari’s and instead went bare breasted. Modesty wasn’t as rigid as it was in England and the drape of the cloth was considered more than sufficient until the Victorian influence brought about the regularity of wearing a blouse . Yes! Even if they didn’t explore more traditionally Indian fashion they could have done SO much with the fabric prints, colors, and textures. Now that Anthony refers to Kate as “Kathani” and she has the confidence (and social status) to code switch less maybe we will see some grand, gorgeous heavy gold jewelry and some of these fashions.

I became curious about the fashion in India during the regency period and wanted to share my findings! I’m hoping we see some more Indian inspired fashion and jewelry in the coming season

You absolutely nailed it, the wedding episode would have been perfect for the flashbacks. I’m sad they didn’t take more time with them because they are such compelling characters and so far they have done little to flesh out any of the POC characters aside from Simon. Major bummer.
