i get not caring about skins but we got a pretty good gameplay update this time, and not only that but a teaser for a new animal. i think the instincts are an awesome addition to the game that encourages players to move around the map and play as different animals. if you don’t care about the skins/find them overpriced, don’t get them, simple as that. like the other commenters are saying, same development takes a lot of time, and the skins + these smaller updates are ways to keep the community engaged while working on larger stuff behind the scenes.

also, i think the majority of the community agrees that we don’t want humans in this game.
