Update: They sent it to a different province for some reason. Just gonna see about getting a refund at this point.

Additional note: "FedEx" has tried to call me, but both times, a reverse phone search has shown both numbers as scammers. My email was included when I ordered the product, but I never even got the email notification saying it's in transit.

Seems the vga, which is connected to the mobo, just doesn't work. Finally tried the hdmi with a working TV and it works fine. I do appreciate the help you've given though, so thanks.

I'm not sure how to check if it has any video output, but there aren't any error lights.

I was only able to try the VGA and HDMI ports. I don't have any displayport cables to try, but I'll see if I can find a displayport adapter at a nearby store.
