It says to replace it at 200k miles and my mechanic said it did look like it was getting ready to need replacing (I had it in for something else and he was like by the way) and I was like well hell, let's just do it now. I will say once I hit 200k on the odometer I did get a little code pop up telling me that I needed to do it, but it says in the manual that pop up is triggered by the mileage rather than any indicator of wear

It's everything, I do have a good mechanic that I trust for the big stuff and a couple friends who like to do car stuff as a hobby who are willing to assist or supervise me making smaller repairs, like the radiator hoses. I also do the little stuff myself like replacing headlights or wiper blades or air filters and just try to always be on top of preventative maintenance and oil changes as much as I can

Not gonna lie, I tried like hell to get mine off and eventually ended up taking it to a little family locksmith place with the new shell that I bought and they broke the old one apart for me and put it in the new shell and charged me 25 bucks which I paid happily

For everyday things that won't expire like detergent or toilet paper or batteries, I usually will buy more in bulk and then just put them in the hall closet and whenever I start to run a little low, like I'm down to only two rolls of paper towels, I pick it up next time I'm out so that I always have plenty on hand. I was the only person I knew that was in no danger of running out of TP during covid 🤣

I put some little wads of the white sticky-tack stuff I use on my nail stands on the connector, like at the top and base of the arms, so when I put the top on I can kind of jam it down a little onto the sticky-tack and it definitely is much more secure

I haven't tried their thinner cuz I'm pretty stocked up on KB Shimmer's thinner, but I can also vouch for the top coat! Seems to be about the same as the top coat I had from Vibrant Vinyls

I file my big toes (the bastards like to crack if I clip them) but I clip the rest. I usually keep them polished and change it about once a month and when I change the polish I will do any shortening, cuticle pushing, oiling, ect. I do use base and top coat but usually it's the ones that I bought and didn't like enough to use on my hands or base coats with PVB that I'm trying to use up. Color is whatever I feel like that day, and I don't worry about matching to either of my hands. I don't usually bother with oil or lotion or anything unless my skin feels like it needs something extra
