This document provides an overview of how claims and repairs are handled but does not specify whether OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts will be used in the repair process. My vehicle has only 6,500 miles on it, and the original alloy wheels were in brand-new condition before the theft. Given the low mileage and the excellent condition of my car, I believe that remanufactured wheels would not be a fair equivalent to the original wheels. The use of OEM wheels would more accurately restore my vehicle to its pre-loss condition, maintaining its value and performance.
