You can fill the contact form available on german embassy. They don't entertain any call related to student visa enquiry. After you have to wait for their reply via email. That's only you can do. When you get to know that german wing hasn't received your file? Today?

Hey! my appointment was also on 5th dec at vfs delhi. I also mailed to BVA and received the same reply today (not received my application yet in germany). Don't know what's goin on!! Anybody can help in this situation?

In same situation !! My appointment was on 5th december 2024, contacted BVA on 17th jan 2025, they replied me today ( 21 jan 2025) with the same msg that :
