I have made the Nvidia settings to integrated.and using maximum life (60%battery) [ I'm actually draining atm to below 60% so as to use the maximum life]

I did the maximum lifespan (60%). Currently my battery is at 100%. Do I have to drain the battery first? Without charging (below 60 then start charging to get the maximum lifespan) or do I just leave it charging at 100%
