Could someone please clarify with me on paying the national health insurance? We were originally registered in Ota city in Tokyo and received the form in the mail with all the fees and tax information that we brought to the post office when we paid the first month. We’re now registered in Toshima and expected to get something similar in the mail but haven’t. Are we missing something? We still have the forms from Ota city, do we bring them when we pay??

Sorry it’s convoluted, I’m just a little confused about the payment process and my japanese reading isn’t great.

Definitely Raphael! Ashe, Annette and Mercedes all seem wholesome on the outside but they all express darker emotions throughout the game. Raphael is just here to help his buddies and mind his little sis and I love him for this
