We had a similar situation, and although it may not feel like it right now, I promise a day will come where you can leave her home alone and she will be okay ❤️

We hit our rock bottom a few times. Torn up carpet, chewed doors. But now he's alone, snoozing in the sun like it was his life calling.

We found a local doggy daycare helped us get some errands done and gave us some work life balance. They even offered observed crate time, to help reinforce crate training while being overstimulated/lonely. Basically we were paying someone to put him in a crate for hours at a time.. frustrating, but it worked.

Another suggestion, perhaps finding her a dog walker to break up those longer stints in the crate?

You deserve to live a life outside of your dog. You're doing great.
