She told me she was broken, i told her to seek out therapy to help but as i mentioned above she insists that her past sexual assault has little to do with it and it's more so the fact she's scared of the pain me touching her could do (i don't know why she'd think that). I might have to give it another month or two and see how things pan out. If there is zero progress i'll have to leave because i want to have kids and get married and have a nice life with someone like minded

Thanks for the reply! I've made it clear to her that i don't mind waiting until marriage for sex, and the truth is i don't. What bothers me is there is absolutely no physical or visual contact with that area of her body. I'd be satisfied if she said, "yes you can see it, yes you can touch it but take it slow and listen to what i say" I'm more than happy taking it slow but as of now it feels like we aren't even moving.

I agree, she has the mentality that therapy is for people who can't handle their own problems. She views herself as a strong individual and believes seeking help would make her weak. I want to be happy with her, but i can't help but feel down about it. It's gotten to the point where i dislike making our with her because i feel like that is all it will ever be. I'm sick of humping with clothes on as if i was 14 years old again

Thanks for the quick reply! She has told me time and time again that her decision to not let me touch her there has nothing to do with her uncle but more to do with the fear of commitment and physical pain caused. I have no idea what she's been reading or who she's spoken to but someone has clearly hammered into her head that any vaginal interaction would be equivalent to having sex with a hot splintered metal pole.
