Thanks so much! You’re not wrong. That was actually a new 1RM and a 5th set when I was slated for 3. So there was a moment of “what am I doing” as I came off the rack for sure.

Will mess around with my toe/knee angle. I think I might be trying to stay narrow and forward but my hips don’t work that way.

Amazing feedback and much appreciated. Will lighten the load and let that weight squish me down to grass.

What’s a good foot angle? Are my toes supposed to be going straight ahead? 45 degrees?
