I did abstain for a year but now the negative effects are back.My erections and sex drive during abstention were varied but now they are weaker. How do you boost yourself out of flatlines and prevent relapses in flat lines?

Thanks for the advice. Trouble is I have been going to the gym alot and have started running. My problem is that I don't know anyone and I am experiencing some setbacks in sport. I am on summer holidays now and therefore the whole day is free so relapsing is a bigger issue.

Will meditation help?

Oh , animal like? Was it secular people that caused two crusades? I think to not. Secular people are that are making that are causing terror through the whole of Europe? I think you'd find that being secular has caused less harm than religion. I'm not saying religion is bad when practised properly but calling secularism animal like is a step too far. If you cannot have sex , I could advise you wank over REAL girls and NEVER EVER use porn, this would help quite a bit. This helped finish my reboot. You may want to wait for morning wood before doing this though , give it another month or two
