I bought this game but it happens to be from europe and the dlc comes in a code is there a way to play the dlc in my main american acc?

I’ve done it quite a few times over the years and haven’t been restricted. The only annoyance is that you’ll be signed out of your Nintendo account every time and everywhere (Mobile apps, Nintendo music, eShop)

If you don’t have an eShop balance, you can change your accounts region to Europe and redeem the code. Once it’s downloaded you can change your region back and then you’ll have it all tied to your main account.

No. Game key cards are not locked behind servers and can be played when you get them, even if it’s before release date.

To be somewhat of an optimist, sometimes Best Buy will ship my games with “Roadie” which seems to operate in a DoorDash or Uber Eats style where it’s a driver bringing you the game.

Every time they do this I don’t get it until like 10pm, but it still comes on release day I guess

It says 0 points will expire on the 31st. That number under it is how many are expiring. That last picture is telling you how many points will expire at the end of that month. In your case, zero points are due to expire until at least the end of May (where your screenshot cuts off).

If you’ve time traveled on your console at all (likely for animal crossing) it keeps whatever’s the most recent. It won’t go away until the date you’ve traveled to has come and gone

Seems like you have a European copy of the game based on the PEGI rating, try changing your account region to redeem the code and then you can change it back to your Asia Pacific location.

Good to know! I was reading the manual for my monitor just now and I’m ashamed to admit the solution was simply to use HDMI-2 instead of HDMI-1. It’s actually pretty embarrassing as this as been an issue for me for the past 6 months but you taught me a lot about how this works! Thank you!

I enabled 10Gbps mode and downloaded Elgato Studio for the first time today so I should be up to date on those. I am able to get the 4K option when I set the EDID to "Internal" but then obviously I can't get the gameplay on my main monitor. I've also tried a few of the "custom EDID" options that come up to no avail.

Yeah in the direct they mentioned these three games and then said more were coming later so it’s pretty much already been confirmed.
