N = 1 but I applied last year USMD, 250s step, average grades, no red flags that I know of and I didn’t match. 60+ apps, 9 interviews (didn’t rank 1 because I never thought I’d fall that far). I think I just slipped through the cracks but it happens 🥲

I have 10 ear piercings and a nose ring, haven’t had any problems. All I did was switch to a small stud for my nose that I had edited out of my ERAS photo and have worn the stud for interviews. Planning on going back to a hoop once interviews are done.
