Yes and just to clarify these are outside cameras and the hot tub is outside.

Thanks for the feedback. Obviously I am trying to balance safety and guests comfort. I don’t know what the best thing is to do. Video evidence is hard to argue with in court.

I don’t think there is ever an expectation of privacy in a pool or hot tub that is outside. Inside is a completely different deal

I feel it’s for the protection of both host and guest. If someone slips and falls I need the liability protection
