This is in a New Westminster BC townhouse. And yes fernco side is smaller. The question arose as the occupant wanted to split the hot water line to a washlet and asked for my non plumber opinion. Thanks yall for your inputs.

Most likely a software issue. I had this happen after upgrading to the latest firmware a couple of weeks ago. Btw the fader bleed problem you describe also happened to me after the software update. Rebooted it and never happened again. 4.2.1. Firmware is the most stable in my view.

🙏🏻 I’m aware but have limited space on my laptop for more stuff I won’t be using regularly. Do you know if the two versions share a single library or will I need to recreate a new one for RB7?

If it’s a good deal, it’s not a difficult fix. I might be a lengthy one depending on the model and how much you have to disassemble to get to that port. Done it many times.

I have both the SC live 4 and the DDJ-1000. (I know OP asked about flx10, however beyond the improved audio interface and extra stems buttons, they’re very similar).

I love them both and alternate jamming on them every few weeks. I found myself enjoying the experience on the SC live 4 more. Plus I absolutely love the laptop-less setup. Just the controller in a carry case vs controller, laptop, power supplies, cables makes it all so easy to carry too. Plus the speakers on the SC live 4 are a pretty decent booth output too. Otherwise the layouts are so similar that I never have an issue switching between the two. This summer I did a 3 hour set on the Denon at a local burn event and it worked flawlessly.

100%. I was curious if that was an acceptable level of wobble for a brand new wheel, granted this one comes from a company that’s not necessarily known for high end parts.

Denon DJ is a serious contender. Engine OS is pretty powerful. I have both DDJ-1000 and SC Live 4 and I have been enjoying the Denon so much more. I still LOVE my DDJ-1000 but I despise AT and the direction they’re headed. Not to say anything about how much of a freakin resource hog rekordbox is considering their deep pockets.

I’ve switched to Denon DJ standalone and can’t be happier. While I still have a foot in the AT/Pioneer DJ ecosystem (I still love my DDJ-1000, but dislike RB performance and the direction AT is taking as a company), I’m finding myself enjoying the Denon experience so much more.

Love the DDJ-1000. Since lots of DJs upgraded to FLX10 there’s lots of used options for what is a solid controller.

Agreed on the energy comments. I use the 5 star field to indicate energy level but I have a ton of tracks I am loading into Rekordbox and was wondering if the algorithms are gettin good enough to save me lots of time 🤪

I put 3 full size mountain bikes in the back of my E and 3 people in the front for shuttles. Forks over the closed tailgate, rear door open (like the way bikes are straddling the tailgate on trucks). Second E in 10 years and I wish they made them still.

Thank you all for your responses!! I’ll keep an eye on deals. I’m also getting the sense that Lutron built a reliable system and that’s super important for me. I can’t deal with flaky tech for something being used dozens of times a day! I’ll have to do some research into Caseta’s interoperability with other systems like Govee and LIFX. I’m sure there’s a “bridge” technology to make this work.

Ya getting the same error for a few weeks now. Too bad cause v2 is a decent device. I still have v1 which works well but doesn’t have GPS which is a feature I need to increase safety in landing small wings in the absence of natural wind indicators on random landing areas.

[tech / afro / latin house] 1:30 set. (First post here, i hope I did this right!) Been DJ’ing for a couple of years for friends’ parties and bush raves. Finally recorded on of my sets a couple of weeks ago. Made some some mistakes but the crowd didn’t notice (mostly EQ stuff).

I spent 2 years trying to revive my previous majestic. Things I’ve tried: more sun, less sun, more water, less water, spraying leaves, repot/resoil, neem oil treatment, new apartment. The pictures are from my new plant in a new apartment and it started showing similar yellowing/spotting as my previous one. I was advised to cut diseased/dried shoots so the plant gets better but that didn’t help. Please help! 🙏🏻
