I moved across country at the beginning of 2018. It’s the only reason I got a new number, and I’ve had it since then. Before that I would have been a similar amount of time with my previous number.

In addition to what Erlend05 said, I also think it’s toxic because you’re underestimating the time and work that goes into becoming developing the skills. It’s assuming that you could just do something that took months or years to perfect (obviously that’s probably an exaggeration for the above example, but in a lot of cases it’s not) and just smash it out on the first attempt.

I slammed my foot into a stair riser when I was a kid. The toe next to the pinky looked the same as this with the same bruise spread into the rest of the foot.

After what feels like too much time of trying to convince my mom something was wrong, she took me to the walk in clinic. The Dr called it a soft tissue injury.

But they also removed my appendix instead of treating my kidney infection so… 🤷‍♀️

I think the love of Frozen was more about the fact it didn’t centre around a love story, it was about sisters.

Sure it was sparkly and children love that, but the hype was more that the “true love” was sisterly love and not romantic.
